The Sydney bus customer service team was awarded the 2019 Customer Service Team of the Year (Small Team) Award at the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s (CSIA) Service Excellence awards.
Our bus services
Our bus service network spans the Sydney, Upper North Shore, South and South Western Sydney regions. We have an exceptional safety record.
We operate an extensive bus network on behalf of the NSW Government and provide regular route services, dedicated school services and charter services annually to the Upper North Shore, South and South Western Sydney communities.
We also work in partnership with Transport for NSW to continually increase bus services to cater for Sydney’s growing demand and strongly advocate the greater use of public transport and its social and environmental benefits.
