Transdev is a leading provider of bus, coach and on-demand transport services in Sydney, operating bus services in the city since 1999. The team of 942 employees operate a fleet of 455 buses to deliver 23 million customer journeys each year, and has a history of achieving excellent performance and customer satisfaction results.
Managing Director of Transdev’s NSW bus operations Robert Macey, said the award was recognition of the team’s dedication to exceeding customer expectations:
