Transdev’s General Manager On Demand Transport Yvette Mihelic said: “Transdev Link is a fast, easy and direct way to connect you from your home to bus and train stations, doctor or shopping centres within the Sutherland Shire. This is future of public transport here and now in The Sutherland Shire.”

“Transdev Link is a ‘point-to-point’ On Demand Transport ride-share service – that means our four Mercedes Sprinter shuttles can pick you up or drop you off at any address or destination within the four On Demand zones in Jannali, West, Sylvania, Caringbah and Gymea.

“Our vehicles have been customised to provide a premium service and superior customer experience. They are fully accessible, carry up to a maximum of 11 customers at any one time and feature free WiFI and USB points.”

“There’s also no timetable – this is transport when you want it, at a time convenient to you. You can book a trip, from one month to one hour ahead of when you need it, via the Transdev Link app, Transdev Link website www.transdevlink.com.au, or over the phone by calling 1800 835 465 (1800 TDLINK).”

“Once a booking is confirmed, we’ll then provide you with a 10 minute pick up time slot and a maximum 30 minute journey time guarantee. This is all part of the service, in providing you with an On Demand Transport service that you can depend on to get you where you want to go.”

    • Transdev Link services will operate Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm and variable times on the weekend depending upon the service area.
    • Fares will cost a flat fee of $2.60 for adults, and $1.30 for concession card holders, payable by credit card online or cash to the driver.
    • Detailed maps of the Jannali West, Sylvania, Gymea and Caringbah On Demand zones are now available online at www.transdevlink.com.au
