Statement below attributable to Jarrod Graham, Managing Director – Transdev Sydney Ferries:

Transdev Sydney Ferries will not operate F3 Parramatta River services on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026.

This is a difficult decision made necessary by ongoing Protected Industrial Action. We have taken it as early as we can so we can concentrate available crews and keep the rest of the network running as close to normal as possible.

Customers who had planned to travel on F3 should make alternative arrangements. Updated information is available at transportnsw.info and through travel apps.

Fares have not changed during the industrial action. Opal readers are operating and customers should tap on and tap off as usual, including where gates are open or unattended.

We apologise for the disruption. We have a formal offer on the table and we are meeting the unions again next week to seek a resolution.

How can we help you to move forward?
