Transdev is one of 141 organisations awarded the citation this year, which is designed to encourage, recognise and promote active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces.

Group Diversity and Talent Manager, People & Culture Donna Jones said the citation was welcome confirmation Transdev was on the right path to bring change to the traditionally male dominated transport industry.

We’re in an industry that’s moving faster than ever, and creating an environment that allows everyone to bring their full selves to work is not only the right thing to do, it’s absolutely critical to our bottom line and our long term success

Transdev has introduced Journey Maker training schools, flexible working, a new gender neutral parental leave policy and many more initiatives over the past two years as part of an employee led program, driven by consultative councils in every operation.

How can we help you to move forward?
