The Transdev Graduate program has been ranked 43 in the 2020 listing of Australia’s Top 100 Graduate Employers.
In 2019, Transdev was ranked 56 so it is encouraging to see the program’s quality being recognised with a ranking increase in only the third year since its launch.
This year, the program was also recognised as finalists in the 2020 AFR Graduate Employers Awards.
Interviewed by the AFR, our Talent Acquisition Manager, Amanda Selleck, commented on graduates increasingly opting to choose purpose-driven roles:
“The graduates who align to Transdev and our values – giving back to the community, being community-minded, having the corporate social responsibility mindset of wanting to make a sustainable change – they are the ones that work the best.
“They are here for purpose. And it doesn’t matter if they are working in an office, or if they’re in health and safety, or on the network; they can correlate exactly what they’re doing to having a sustainable impact on my local community.”
Our 18-month program provides graduates a blend of operational and function specific experience and training. We provide leadership development opportunities and a mentor program to ensure people can navigate their own path to success in our global organisation.
