He has held key leadership roles in Europe including Chief Information Officer at DHL Express, Medicover and AmRest.

Throughout his career, he has transformed IT environments for rapid and scalable business expansion into new markets and digital channels.

Peter and his team were awarded the 2017 European CIO of the Year for Excellence in Digital Transformation and is a Computer Science Honours graduate from the University of Melbourne.

As Chief Executive Officer of Transdev Australasia,  Brian oversees five cities, six transport modes and 12 transport networks in Australia and New Zealand.

Previously Brian held the position of Managing Director of Transdev Dublin, where he managed the Luas Light Rail network and achieved an incredible 98% customer satisfaction rate.

His intimate working knowledge of public transport policy and procedure make Brian a trusted adviser to government, stakeholders and project partners.

Brian’s remarkable engagement and leadership skills and his extensive experience in the transport industry make him an asset to the Transdev Leadership Team.

As Chief Legal & Commercial Officer, Nathan is responsible for the provision of legal advice for Transdev’s rail, bus, ferry and light rail operations throughout Australasia together with overseeing the compliance, commercial, procurement, facilities management, insurance and risk functions. Nathan is a director and company secretary of Transdev’s operating subsidiaries.

Nathan’s focus on corporate governance, contract and risk management, and commercial practices assists Transdev to continually grow and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University of South Australia, and is admitted to the Supreme Courts of Victoria, ACT, SA and the High Court of Australia.

Huw has been the General Manager, Safety & Assurance at Transdev Sydney Ferries since early 2018.

Before joining our ferries team, Huw was General Manager, Safety & Assurance with our Auckland rail operation for three years.

He has worked in operations and safety focused roles for some of the world’s largest and well known transport companies including Eurostar, First Group and National Express Group.
