With 25 years of global experience in diverse public transport modes, Brian's career is defined by a commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

Formerly General Manager - Performance, Reporting & Systems, Emilie became Chief Financial Officer for Transdev Australia & New Zealand in July 2025. She brings with her two decades of experience in financial leadership positions.
Peter Lensink
Chief Operating Officer, Transdev Australia and New Zealand
Peter is responsible for the oversight of all operational modes across Australia and New Zealand, encompassing heavy rail, ferries and network solutions.

Nathan Lanthois
Chief Legal & Commercial Officer
Nathan Lanthois is the Chief Legal and Commercial Officer for Transdev Australia & New Zealand. With over 20 years of experience, he leads the legal and governance functions across the business. Since joining in 2014, he’s played a key role in landmark contracts including Yarra Trams and Sydney Light Rail. Nathan is also Transdev’s Ethics & Compliance Officer and an Executive Director across more than 20 entities. A graduate of Flinders University and the AICD, Nathan has twice been recognised nationally for legal excellence. He lives in Melbourne with his family and spends his spare time patiently coaching his son’s basketball team.
Gary Iddon
Chief Performance Officer
Gary has more than three decades of transport operations management experience across the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. He has vast heavy rail experience gained through many years with Virgin Trains before joining Transdev in 2020 to run the Auckland rail network and then leading Transdev’s Sydney Ferries as Managing Director between 2022 and 2024.

Dimity joined Transdev in 2022 after cross industry exposure across Australia, Asia and the U.S. She enables people and teams to deliver shared services and build a culture of trust and success.
Huw Bridges
Chief Safety and Assurance Officer
Huw Bridges was appointed to the role of Chief Safety & Assurance Officer in August 2019. With over 35 years of public transport experience, his career has spanned the UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia working in heavy and light rail, bus and ferries.
