Luke Agati, Chief Executive Officer

Luke Agati joined the Executive team as CEO of Transdev Australasia in February 2019. Previously he held the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of REMONDIS Australia since August 2005.

Luke has over 30 years’ commercial experience in CEO and CFO positions, having worked with companies including TNT Australia, TNT Italy, Ansett Transport Industries, and ExxonMobil previously.

Luke Agati is a proven transformational leader with significant experience in a range of industries including transport, logistics, aviation, supply chain and environmental management. He is proud to be joining Australasia’s leading multi-modal public transport company, and lead the team of 5,800 journey makers.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of NSW and is a Fellow of CPA Australia. He completed the Australian Institute of Directors Course in 2017.

Peter Lodge, Chief Business Development Officer

Peter has been directly involved with Transdev’s growth in Australia and New Zealand since 1997 and has previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Director Commercial and Business Development and Acting CEO.

As Chief Operating Officer Peter looks after our businesses in Melbourne, Perth, Auckland and Wellington.

With over 16 years board and senior management experience in the public transport industry, Peter has a wealth of knowledge gained from working on bus, ferry, heavy rail and light rail operations throughout Australasia. He has played a key leadership role in more than 28 seamless public transport related contract transitions and has extensive management, legal and company secretarial experience.

Pierre Talgorn, Chief Financial Officer

Pierre joined Transdev Australasia in June 2015, bringing with him over 15 years’ experience in auditing and financial management roles. As the CFO of Transdev Australasia, Pierre is responsible for the financial management and reporting of the business, including overseeing the financial performance and improvements of operations within the region.

Prior to entering the services management industries, Pierre established his career with one of the world’s largest financial organisations, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, as an auditor of mid-sized companies.

He joined Veolia Environment as an internal auditor and has continued to develop and take on new challenges within Veolia and Transdev over the past 10 years.

During this time Pierre has been responsible for the financial management of Veolia Transport North American Operations, and held senior financial management positions in France.

Paul Birch, Chief People & Culture, Health & Safety Officer

Paul joined the Transdev Australasia executive leadership team in late 2013, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained through an extensive career in human resource management.

He has worked across a range of different industries, both locally and internationally, specialising in organisational and cultural transformation, industrial relations, and improving Human Resource performance and capability.

Paul’s focus on engaging our people through a greater focus on performance and development, improving recruitment processes, and developing our people assists us in ensuring that we continue to build our capabilities to match our growing organisation.

Nathan Lanthois, Chief Legal & Commercial Officer

Nathan has over 17 years of legal, commercial and senior management experience with a strong focus on operations and maintenance for major transport and infrastructure projects including numerous PPPs. As Chief Legal & Commercial Officer, Nathan is responsible for the provision of legal advice for Transdev’s rail, bus, ferry and light rail operations throughout Australasia together with overseeing the compliance, commercial, procurement, facilities management, insurance and risk functions of Transdev. Nathan is a director and company secretary of Transdev’s operating subsidiaries.

Nathan’s focus on corporate governance, contract and risk management, and commercial practices assists Transdev to continually grow and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
